hi all!okay...a little update about my working life...

okay..things were nt plain sailing initially but the ppl there r nice =)
basically, we have to ans calls on ERS n sum basic banking enquiries...haha...i can speak better now k...it wasn't as tough as i thought...but i guess it's quite hard to survive in a customer service industry where A CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!*boohOo*

probably too affected by all the things that were happening ard me that i got abit depressed BUT i am feeling alot BETTER~!*wide GrIN* =)

being sad takes twice the effort compared to squeezing out a smile...
