end of week 2 of sch.tutorials starting next week :( dreading my long friday where i have lessons from 9-5 with no break (that's worse than working!)
tutorials waiting to be done.assignments waiting to be due.boo!econs modules are getting BORING!
well, enough of whining. been quite keen on cooking lately and am looking at feasible recipes for me to try. HAA. feasible = easy + fast!
am super efficient and settled something that is like close to 70 days away!haa.proud of myself :P

thurs is free day for my boy and i so we cooked!haa. i cooked jap curry while he prepared scrambled eggs with bacon (YUM!)
pictures of process below:
ingredients used: chicken drumsticks and chicken wings,carrots, onions and instant jap curry pack + potatoes
forgot to take a pic of the potatoes in the beginning so here it is!potatoes should be boiled beforehand as it takes a long time to soften.
pour all ingredients in along with 2.5 cups of water and bring to boil. add in curry pack after around 20 mins and stir well!and nice curry is ready to be served!
now is my boy's turn to cook his scrambled eggs with bacon (:
finally a nice meal after an hour plus of preparation and cooking!YUM YUM :D
pasta next week, hope it turns out well!

sch is starting and i am really dreading it :(
my boy got free tics to the zoo. haa, but it's like so out of the way and i am kinda lazy to go. how how?

breakfast at bk at freaking four plus. nice flight attendant helped us took pic on plane (:
arriving at hong kong airport at close to eleven. photo whoring before heading to hotel!
YUMMY kripsy kreme donuts!(so missing it now :( ) dinner at cha chan ting
